Dr. Prado was born and raised in Austin, Texas. She is excited to be moving home to give back to the community and their four-legged families. She graduated from Angelo State University with a bachelor of Animal Science and received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Texas A&M University.

She and her husband, Jake, are the proud parents of two very good dogs and two very naughty cats. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading a good book, and traveling.
